Housing Choices is a tax-exempt 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that offers planned giving opportunities to our community. Housing Choices community members may join the Legacy Society. Members are those who have pledged to name Housing Choices in their estate plans. By informing us of your legacy gift, you help us prepare for the future. Equally important, you also give us the chance to thank you for your generosity. There are ways to minimize taxes and support your favorite nonprofit organization.
