This project includes 19+ units specifically for individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities (IDD), with affordability levels ranging from 30% to 50% AMI, prioritizing lower AMI units for the IDD community.

At the meeting, you’ll learn about the project’s design, its location on Mary Avenue, our green initiatives, and the partnerships making this project possible. You’ll also have the opportunity to ask questions and share feedback to help ensure the project’s success.
